The contract is a single award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity vehicle with a potential value of $49.9 million. It has a one-year base period of performace with options running through July of 2017.

The company said that with the granting of the contract, it received a $15.4 base year award.

MCR said its services to USTRANSCOM's director for program analysis and financial management will include financial management and analyses, program cost analyses, operational cost analyses, billing rate development, billing and revenue, command initiatives and business processes, financial systems analyses for enterprise resource planning, and quality assurance.
