Geospatial analytic support services are to be provided to the U.S. Special Operations Command by CACI International.

The contract issued to the company has a one-year base performance period with four one-year options. The prime contract carries a total value of $180 million.

"CACI has a long history of providing intelligence analysis to support government customers' missions," said John Mengucci, CACI's chief operating officer and president of U.S. Operations. "Our multi-discipline approach and in-depth knowledge of geospatial intelligence will help ensure the readiness and safety of Special Operations Forces as they engage in our nation's most complex and high-risk challenges."

Under the award, CACI will provide geospatial imagery intelligence, collection, analysis, and exploitation services to yield real-time actionable intelligence in support of mission planning and execution for geographic combatant commands worldwide.

CACI in 2010 acquired TechniGraphics Inc., giving it more than 20 years of experience providing geospatial services to the federal government.
