Russia's Cabinet of Ministers has instructed the Foreign Ministry to extend for an additional five years an agreement with the U.S. government on the tax-free delivery to and export of goods and technology from Russia necessary for bilateral cooperation in the space industry, according to a statement posted on the Cabinet's Web site on Tuesday. The bilateral agreement between the United States and Russia on the exemption from customs tariffs in the space industry was signed on December 16, 1994. The original agreement has been extended several times at 5-year intervals. The current agreement will be reviewed in August 2016 for a possible new 5-year extension. Source: RIA Novosti
